All online sales or in-store sales are final.

Exchange or Return for Store Credit within 30 Days of Purchase Only.

Frozen products are only accepted for returns if unopened.

However, we do accept returns, and offer store credits for any missing, damaged or incomplete orders.

All returns are evaluated, and handled on a case by case basis and customers may receive a store credit, but no refunds.

All Returns MUST be made to the Toronto Pets store location.

Local Delivery Options:

Toronto Pets offers free same-day delivery starting at $49.99 minimum.

Free same-day delivery for pet supplies on all orders placed by 1pm.

For all dog supplies and cat supplies orders under $49.99, a small delivery fee, depending on location, will be applied to the order.

If your order cannot be completed same-day it will be completed within
the next 24 hours guaranteed at a time best suited per customer.
