Instructions:
- Hold your pet's paw gently but firmly.
- Position the trimmer at a slight angle parallel to the nail bed.
- Cut small amounts of the nail with each snip, avoiding the quick (the pink area of the nail that contains blood vessels and nerves).
- If unsure about the quick’s location, make several smaller cuts to reduce the risk of injury.
Note:
- Regular nail maintenance is crucial for your pet’s comfort and mobility. Overgrown nails can cause pain and lead to problems walking or running.
- Acclimate your pet to nail trimming early to make it a stress-free part of their grooming routine.
- Clean and dry the trimmer after each use to keep it in optimal condition and ready for the next grooming session.
