Professional Animal Behavior Associates Inc. warrants the PABA Head Collar to be free of all manufacturing defects for six months from the original date of retail purchase, except for defects arising from misuse, abuse, or physical damage. Claims must be submitted in writing with proof of purchase. PABA will replace defective products at no charge, limited to the value of the product. This warranty does not cover claims for breach of contract, negligence, or any consequential damages.
