Directions:

• Fill bottle with water.
• Unfold silicone bowl and press the 'open' button to release water into the bowl.
• Tip any leftover water back into the bottle or discard and push the 'close' button.
• Disassemble and hand wash with warm water and mild soap or place in the dishwasher. Hand wash recommended.
• Do not microwave. Silicone bowl can be removed from cap.
